With experience supporting founder led, high growth companies, including Simon Beard (Founder & Ex CEO at Culture Kings). Jess specialises in executive operations: complex scheduling, rapid travel coordination, meeting orchestration, stakeholder communications and ensuring outcomes land on time. Previously an internal lead during Rivyl’s Culture Kings brand refresh for the US launch, Jess fell in love with the pace and precision of the work and joined Rivyl to help scale it.Jess anticipates needs, protects focus and turns moving targets into momentum.
