CACAO COLLECTIVE
Cacao Collective believes in functional, natural nutrition. The visual aesthetic hinged on bringing a fresh edge to very earthy, grounded colours. Lifting the energy so it didn’t feel too traditional or heavy. Rivyl refined the leafy sketches, creating energetic repeating patterns in various colour ways. We added extra nib dot elements, plant silhouettes, pastel secondary colours, educational icons and refreshed the fonts to elevate the overall experience whilst keeping the organic goodness.

VOOMIE
Speaking directly to their target audience, this supplement brand for those with ‘busy brains’ harnessed their personal knowledge to appeal directly to the dopamine rush. Voomie was designed to anticipate distraction, express information pictorially, and fast, and anticipate the fun. Each cylinder shade is an obvious flavour cue with icons that amplify it, names that talk directly to the benefits, and gradients that hint at when to use it: dawn for energy or dusk for relaxation. Voomie’s swirl highlights the looping, jumping, bounciness of someone with the zoomies while paired with their tagline and the founder’s signatures is a rallying point for their loyal community.

Unfortunately due to the diverse of clients, products and industries Rivyl works with it is difficult to connect you with suppliers that meet your exact, unique needs. This element forms part of the product creation and development you are undertaking.
Rivyl will require all information that needs to be on the packaging for legal or consumer needs. The name, call outs, ingredients, nutritional panel, application or instructions information, any icons or approval stamps, made in, made where, size or volume, flavour or collection names, etc. We will assist with designing everything up into a cohesive, aesthetic layout.
Generating the print files is a fairly fast process, they can be created in a few weeks. The time to be factored in and considered is in sourcing your packaging type, selecting your supplier, viewing their samples, collating all of your information (nutritional panels, ingredients, legal information, etc) and seeking FDA or regulatory body approvals. Once the print files are ready, we recommend doing prototypes prior to production, the turn around on this element is usually 3-4wks depending on their location. All up, we recommend clients allow a minimum of 8-12wks for finalising their packaging prior to launch.
Rivyl can create the master template and then adjust this for a lower rate across size variations. Each one needs custom attention to ensure the information layout is correct and optimised, but the same design will apply to all. They will look united like a family.
Yes, each product is unique with new ingredients, different key benefits, varying materials of packaging and their own individual considerations. We’ll ensure nothing gets missed and handing over to suppliers goes as smoothly as possible.
Rivyl’s strong recommendation, and practice, is to enforce the use of Pantone colour swatches and matching print prototypes to those for the highest chance at a successful outcome first off. Pantone samples are a globally recognised colour swatching system that every reputable supplier and printer would have access to.
