RIKTA

Rikta, a new player in the HR software space, needed a brand as bold and innovative as their mission: to make hiring in the hospitality industry human again. To infuse Rikta's brand with a genuinely human touch, we developed a suite of custom, doodle-style icons and illustrations, including the Rikta mascot. These aren't just decorative flourishes; they're a strategic tool to foster approachability and conversation. The hand-drawn style adds personality, making the brand feel less corporate, more playful, and more personal; ensuring RIKTA's audience feels seen and understood.

MY DRIVE HERO

MyDrive Hero is a safe driving app pioneering a movement where people are rewarded for forming safe habits behind the wheel. To invert the negativity surrounding driving behaviour, they built a fun and engaging platform for earning unique, gamified driving rewards. From achievements, prizes, and high scores to tangible savings. The result is an invitingly, competitively fun gamification to the safe driving movement, and along for the ride is their little mascot man, Hero, who motivates and inspires their community on their daily trips.

Burning QuestionsWith Soothing Answers

All Rivyl mascots are delivered with a Use Guide where all your rules for use are compiled to make it easy to delegate, deploy and hand over to contractors. This includes colour codes and combinations for your mascot, the suite of accessories or poses, and custom rules. You will also receive top-tier, industry-standard assets in the Adobe or relevant file type.

The design process is messy. Scribbles, half-done concepts, partial ideas that the designer can see in their mind’s eye. Rivyl will realise the concept more fully before we showcase directions, testing it with colours and layouts, so you can see how it would realistically look and perform for you.

Having examples of your existing assets i.e. brand guidelines, examples of assets you like and don’t, visual styles you like and don’t (either from Behance, Pinterest or real world brands), strategy and target audience information gathered is incredibly handy. We will ask questions on anything additional needed to get an excellent result for you.

You should bring the key decision makers in your team. People you trust to advise, lead, or soundboard the overarching vision for your brand. People who will be candid and open with how you are perceived. Once we progress through approvals and near the completion of the process, we can start to introduce team members who will be responsible for deployment and roll out.

This is a very natural and important concern. Rivyl will conduct a full audit of your existing assets and Intellectual Property as part of our discovery phase. Our goal isn't to replace valuable assets but to strategically build upon your foundation. We will assess what to keep, what to evolve, and how to seamlessly integrate your existing IP into the new branding to ensure a cohesive and powerful brand presence that achieves your goals.

We understand the roll out phase for a new logo can be daunting, particularly if you have a lot of physical assets like signage, packaging, uniforms and vehicles that you’ve invested into. Conduct an audit of all the assets. Prioritise the list. Whether you prioritise rapid deployment or a measured approach, a well-managed transition that minimises disruption, keeps your clients in the loop, and works for your team will be successful.
