Fit & Go Pets
Fit & Go Pets is more than just a doggy day care centre. It is like visiting your Abuela’s house, full of indulgent care for her furry grandbabies. A place where dogs never want to leave, where they have a free reign to be their unapologetic selves. A place where pawrents juggling long days and hectic calendars can stay in the loop with videos of their dogs enjoying their play, and truly relax. All they needed was red-hot branding identity and design to make their mark as the ultimate destination for holistic pet care in Miami, Florida.

Disneyland for dogs
Fit & Go Pets were sinking in the sea of sameness. Frustrated with the “doggy daycare” associations, they wanted to overhaul their design, shape a distinct identity and craft a unique voice. Fit & Go Pets just didn’t want to be different, they wanted to dominate the market. Everything in the brief told us one thing about Fit & Go Pets: it’s “Disneyland for Dogs”




Logo / Mascot
Every Disneyland needs its Mickey, so we created Rosie, the face and spirit of Fit & Go Pets. As a central character, she became a playful entry point into the brand universe, supported by a refined logo that holds everything together. Designed to be expressive and flexible, this brand system balances energy with clarity and makes space for personality-led storytelling at every scale.






Strategy
Fit & Go Pets came to us with big energy and an even bigger heart, but a visual identity that didn’t reflect either. Our strategy focused on capturing their standout personality and premium care by creating a brand guide full of warmth, humour, and character. We built a world that felt as fun and full-on as the dogs they care for.







Touchpoints and Messaging
We made the dogs the voice of the brand, literally. With a full suite of speech bubbles and playful copy, Rosie and her crew could speak across signage, digital, social, and merch. The new tagline “Every Day’s a Ball” captured the joy of the experience, while witty, human-first messaging reflected the one-of-a-kind care that sets Fit & Go apart.






Colours & Icons
We gave Fit & Go Pets a bright, joy-packed palette of pinks, oranges, blues, and yellows, each carefully chosen to support both print and digital flexibility. Custom icons and illustrative elements bring energy to touch points, while colour variation lets the brand stretch and play across content, campaigns, and products without losing cohesion.




Website
We transformed the Fit & Go Pets website into an extension of their in-person experience, playful, vibrant, and easy to navigate. Every interaction was designed with clarity and charm, making it simple for pet owners to explore services, book appointments, and fall in love with the Fit & Go brand.







Result
The rebrand gave Fit & Go Pets a distinctive identity that truly reflects their personality and sets them miles apart from competitors. With a fully custom world of characters, colour, and messaging, they now have the tools to scale, and a brand playful enough to become a true Miami icon.
