Iyvos is the science-backed skincare brand helping women take the guesswork out of skincare through education and results driven products. As the owner of a skincare clinic, founder Gabrielle Singh met many women who weren’t achieving the results they wanted. She realized that many of them did not have the proper knowledge about skincare ingredients and their routines. Her goal was to provide women with the knowledge to make skincare a dependable and purposeful routine that also nourished their self-esteem.
Brief:
Founder Gabrielle first approached Rivyl because she found her current branding and name (Cosmology) was limiting. She was very clear on the message she wanted to convey. A reputable and science-backed brand, but she didn’t want her brand to look too clinical. Her brand was classic elegance. It embraces refined femininity. She wanted her brand to infuse women with the confidence to be themselves. She wanted to tap into the desire and indulgence side of skincare. For that, she needed to convey a premium and elegant feeling with a name imbued with status.
Result:
Thus, Iyvos. Simple, clean, and premium. An sophisticated name that influenced the visual identity and tone of the brand. So we turned to a timeless and calming palette with a touch of gold texture to give a luxurious elegance. The visual identity also consisted of curved lines to represent the flowing nature of the brand. For the voice, rivyl encapsulated a patient and knowledgeable voice that championed their confidence. And with a tagline that embraced their authenticity, “Bare Your Confidence,” Iyvos is the true embracement of femininity with a routine that championed their self esteem.
